My day started out with a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my school. The picture truly doesn't do them justice.
I teased him because the card on them said, "I hope you have a great day." Where's the mushy-ness? Haha. So he came over later and presented me with another card. This one he only wrote his name in! What?! Where's the paragraph telling me how wonderful I am?! I had a feeling he was up to something. He then said he was kidding and gave me another card with some amazing things written in it. Enough to make me cry! He then presented me with my gifts, and he did way, way too much.
He bought me the James Avery Infinity necklace I've loved forever. I told him I wanted it, but not until he was sure he was ready to give me such a special, meaningful gift. On top of that, he bought me an iPad. Yes, an iPad! The brand new one with retina display and everything!!!! I LOVE it. I haven't put it down since I unwrapped it.
We then went out to a super fancy, romantic dinner.
Haha! We both love Bush's and didn't want to wait forever in a restaurant. It was perfect.
I know some people hate Valentine's Day, and that's ok! To each their own. I do show my love in small ways every day, but I also enjoy having one day a year dedicated to all things love. Now that I have someone so amazing in my life, I can't help but feel loved every single day.

I have been eyeing that necklace! I always tell the girls that I love them to infinity and beyond (Buzz Lightyear) and they always call back "I love you to infinity to infinity and beyond". Such a lucky lady! :)
And, that doesn't even give consideration to the flowers, the iPad or his trip to see you finish in Austin. ;)
